Casa Del Frio rate is $475 per night, 3 night minimum, plus 6% state 6% county tax. Maximum 14 guests. Open year round.

 

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 Years old to make a reservation and must stay with party at the lodge during entire stay.

DEPOSITS

50% deposit is required within 5 days of making a reservation.

You will forfeit your deposit if you do not show up by 10:00 p.m. of the date of your reservation unless you notify us of your late arrival.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations may be made 30 days in advance of reservation. 75% of deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations of less than 30 days receive 50% of deposit if accommodation is re-rented.

Casa Del Frio Rules

No ATV's or off road vehicles.

No smoking in the lodge.

Pets of less than 20 lbs. are welcome. They must be kept on a leash at all times and walked in designated areas.
$5.00 per day, $50 deposit

Management reserves the right to refuse admittance or require departure if policies are not observed by all guests.
